My husband and I have purchased and closed on a property in Colorado Springs. The entire process was a positive experience, mostly thanks to Mark. It is interesting as to how we met Mark. Del and I were in route to CS to look at listed properties there. About 2 hours into our 4.5 hour drive to CS from Rifle we found out that the realtor team that we were supposed to meet had made the decision that they were too busy to include us in their cliental. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell US that. We decided to press on as we had a list of properties that we wanted to look at, obtained from the internet. One of the properties was list by Mark. I called him to see if we could get a short-notice showing scheduled. When he heard our sad story, he offered to try and put together a number of showings so that our 9 hour round trip would not be wasted. WOW, he worked some real magic.
We saw a number of properties, some listed by other agents as well. One of those was the perfect property for us. We thought about it overnight and put a contract in the next day. We found Mark to be:
1. Very knowledgeable of the CS area
2. Supportive, non-pushy style of property presentation
3. Willing to go "the extra distance" for the client
4. 10/10 responsive. He answers emails and phone calls promptly
5. Very knowledgeable of real estate rules and regs.
6. One step ahead of the game at all times.
When we indicated that we would likely put a contract on one of the properties, he went home and did a sales-in-the-area analysis and recommended an appropriate offer. This was on a Saturday night!!!
We have bought and sold many properties over the years, including a 5 acre country building lot, a subdivision lot, a ranch and numerous homes. I would have to say that this real estate process ties with only one other as the best we have ever had. This particular property was not a high-ticket purchase, and yet we were treated as though we were buying a million dollar home. Ladies and gentlemen, we don't think you can go wrong in selecting Mark as your new realtor.

I have worked with Mark for a number of years as a home inspector. I work independently from Mark and report the flaws in the homes I inspect, occasionally to the detriment of the sale. Many realtors don’t want to know what’s wrong with a house, they just want the deal to close. My experience has been that Mark wants to know what’s wrong and is a strong advocate for his clients.
