The agent contacted me at least weekly with progress on advertising, showings and interest. After each showing I was given feedback from the showing agent and or client. My property was advertised in the monthly Real Estate book every month and on line in addition to the MLS listing. I was kept informed on local sales, the sale price and square foo all broken down into pricpe per sq foot.
When necessary I was given advice on my need to reduce the price and how to determine the most adventageous price for my home. This resulted in the sale of my home.
