Sold a home in 2012.
Beth is my go to person with real estate. I am a general contractor and land developer. She has been helping me for over 13 years. Before her, I tried several other agents. She is way ahead of the curve. She is very trust worthy and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

Bought a home in 2012.
I would highly recommend Beth Hines to my friends and family. I was a first time home buyer and she really made my home buying experience as stress free as possible. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area. She took her time to be sure that I was able to see every property that I wanted to see. She is extremely patient and friendly to work with. My experience buying a my new home was great and I believe that she is the reason I am now a proud homeowner.

Did not respond to my inquiry in Cumberland, NC.
The agent never answered my contact request. Guess business is too good and she didn't have time to answer.

I am not sure who made this review. But, I think they may have the wrong agent. I do not service Cumberland, NC. I service Johnston, Wake, and Wayne Counties. I do not recall getting any emails or phone calls from anyone in this area. If I had I would have referred them to someone in that area. Thanks Beth Hines

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Princeton, NC.
We were very pleased with Beth working with us while we were going through the process of buying our home. She kept us informed from the initial offer until the completion of the sale. Her professional attitude was evident at all times and she made us feel at ease through the whole process.

We loved working with Beth and wouldn't have had it any other way!!!
Beth not only sold our home, but put us in our new home that met all of our expectations. Beth and her team made us feel very relax during the whole process and kept us informed on the house being sold and house being purchased. Even in times of doubt as we went through the process, she reassured us and I believe her ability to communicate and also reassured the buyer that everything was on track was incredible. The fact that Beth also used email and text messaging to communicate was great for us as it was easier to respond quickly during the business day. You will get a friendly and receptive response and will never be kept in the dark about anything. No matter how many phone calls, emails, or texts Beth received, her attitude was always professional and friendly, and no question went unanswered. She was knowledgeable about all of our available options, options we didn’t even know we had. Before you work with anyone, I would suggest making an appointment to sit down and discuss your options with her.
