Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Moseley, VA.
Beth was knowledgeable, informative and very diligent with following up to ensure completion of our construction at each step. We were out of state while building and Beth did not have to send us photos and keep us aware of the construction throughout the entire build, but she did so because of her professionalism and kindness. She is a great person and donated 10% of her proceeds to the charity of our choice at closing, which was Make A Wish. I always highly recommend her to my friends and will definitely use her again in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Midlothian, VA.
Beth is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, caring, and she works tirelessly for her clients. She found the home of our dreams while helping us sell our first home in a less than stellar market for a reasonable price that helped us meet our financial goals. In the midst of helping our family, I recommended her to a friend who she also helped tremendously. Beth Pretty is by far the best agent we have ever encountered.

I cannot say enough great things about this real estate agent! She was wonderful! At all times along the way, she was there for me. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. If there were little problems, she took care of them for me quickly. In all respects, she made the stress of selling the house more manageable because I knew that she was an expert and was so willing to help. Her knowledge about pricing and how to sell is immense! As I said at the beginning, I cannot say enough great things about her. I was so blessed to have found her and have her expertise.

Beth has been a major asset to me as I grow my real estate investment career. She is professional, personable, resourceful, knowedgeable, and highly skilled in the art of negotiation. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in North Chesterfield, VA.
Beth was a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed of local sales which affected the market, explained each step in the process and handled the paperwork all along the way. Her network of contacts ensured that my house got maximum exposure and many showings. Bottom line...she sold my house.

Sold a home in 2010.
Beth did a wonderful job in handling all aspects of both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. Her mastery of all the steps in the process ensured that things went smoothly. She was fantastic at keeping things on track to allow the successful completion of our back to back transactions (selling and buying).

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
Beth did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. She knows the area very well and was always generating new marketing ideas to assist in the sale. We had specific demands since our sale was relocation-related and she was able to accomodate. She worked very closely with the other agent and overcame many obstacles (no matter how minute) after the contract was generated.

Great house. Clients made it easy on me too. The home actually did sell in the Grove. Great community in Midlothian.
Within a week Beth helped us find our dream home, and we put a contract in the next week. All the closing paperwork and follow-through was flawless. I was thrilled with the efficient and friendly experience we had. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone.
