Beth did a wonderful job helping us find our first home! Being a native Charlottean, she is extremely knowledgable of the area. Beth and her team executed a quick closing and kept us informed every step of the way!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Provincetowne, Charlotte, NC.
We had to sell our condo because of an impending job loss. She helped us set a listing price that woudl be attractive to buyers. We had several showings in the first few days and one of those came back with an offer after about 8 days. We were very pleased with the time frame and it was a great weight off of us. We appreciated the help we received from Beth and her assistant, Tracey. We would not hesitate to use Beth and her team again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Steele Creek, Charlotte, NC.
I recently went through the selling process for the first time and Beth made it so easy I felt like I had done it a million times. She kept in contact with me on every step and was great at explaining all the details. I was so pleased with how things went, I will definitely contact and work with Beth on my next home purchase.
Her patience, overall attitude, attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism...the list goes on and on...are the things that make her one of the best names in real estate in the Charlotte area.

Julie Everakes with the Beth Smith Shuey team at Keller Williams was absolutely phenomenal! She helped my husband and me find the perfect property in the EXACT location in which we wanted to be and well within our budget! Additionally, she was able to get our closing date set in less than a month. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie and the Beth Smith Shuey team. Hands down they are the best relators I've dealt with in Charlotte.

She provided a profile on the house for people touring which was extremely professional looking. She promptly returned all phone calls and had advertising in place as soon as possible.

Showed home in 2012.
She and her lead buyer Julie Everakes were able to produce results with very little lead time. They both worked really hard to make sure we saw a good amount of properties in our short visit. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Quail Hollow, Charlotte, NC.
We have had Beth Smith-Shuey sell two of our homes in the past 13 years. We sold the first one in 3 days and the last one in 3 weeks in a bad market. Beth is very skillful, knowledgeable and purposeful when selling a home! If you listen to her ideas of how to make your home sell... she will sell it quickly! She came to our home, listened to what we wanted; she gave us fresh and creative ideas of what to do to make our home sell. We are yet again impressed with her expertise and experience and highly recommend her!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Johnston Rd./McAlpine, Charlotte, NC.
We hired Beth to assist with both the sell of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. Overall, I can say it was a very smooth and easy experience. I was amazed at how well Beth marketed our home both online and through other agents in the area. We received a lot of interest immediately upon listing our home. In fact, we had over a dozen showings in 2 weeks and in total, ended up with 4 offers even in what is considered a very down market.
Although not all experiences will be the same, there were exactly 50 days between the time we put our former home on the market (4/9), closed on our new home (5/25) and closed on our former home (5/29). That time frame far exceeded any expectations I had coming into the home buying experience especially considering the changes in the housing market that we've seen over the past 5-6 years. If you're looking for an experienced agent that knows the in's and out's of the Charlotte real estate market, I highly recommend you give Beth a call.
