Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Geneseo, IL.
Betsy was so amazing to work with. She knew exactally what we wanted when we were looking for a house and she showed us houses that fit what we wanted. She was VERY prompt as getting back to us when we had questions and was very accomadating with our schedule when it was time to see houses. Betsy helped us find a house that fit everything we could want in a house and we are very thankful for all she did for us. We would and have recommended to her to people in our area!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Geneseo, IL.
My wife and I were looking to buy our first house and I am glad we looked to Betsy to help us through the process. She answered all of our questions along the way, often answering emails over weekends and while she was on vacation. She found us our dream
house and helped us get it in our budget. I don't ever plan on moving again but if we do, I know who would call.

Betsy was a huge help in the process of buying our first home. Five years later when it was time to upgrade, Betsy was our rep again. She really went above and beyond in helping us with all the little chores necessary in selling and buying a home. She fought for us on smaller negotiated details in a way that left all parties satisfied. I would definitely recommend her (and I have) to my family and friends.

Betsy has a great reputation in our community and she takes her relationship with her clients very seriously. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and we valued her input a lot. Her expertise was invaluable when we were going through the negotiation process.
