Betty has helped both my husband and I and also my sister on several separate real estate transactions. She's extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in our local areas and also of the financial aspects of the process of buying a home. Every closing has gone smoothly because all proper documentation is there and properly signed. She's very patient and creative in having conversations with us in order to really understand what it is we are looking for and respectful on what we determined to be the highest dollar amount we could afford. Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
My brother in Montana found Betty on the Internet, as an agent who is close to where our parents' house was located (and where I still was living at the time): boy, were we lucky we picked Betty! She worked so hard for us. The market was soft and things didn't look good for a sale, but within a month, she found a buyer for us who was willing to do some creative financing. After working through the negotiations, Betty also made sure that the paperwork all was in perfect order. If I ever get a chance, I certainly will recommend her to anyone I can. Incidentally, a few months later, I recently met somebody who is trying to sell their house in Fridley, MN who heard about her good reputation.…More Less

Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
well, this agent was very instrumental to me.she did not give up with me dispite of the many choices my wife and i made.she is patient,resapctful and very friendly.she knows her job.she also helped to educate me as a first time home buyer.After we bought the home and the transaction was done,she did not stop there,she made me know all that I needed to to maintain a home.She's the best of all realties.Someone told me the same thing,but did not belief it until I saw it for myself.…More Less
