Betty was very helpful. Great personality. This was an stressful time for us since we were in a hurry to find a home and she made us feel better all the time. She shared her point of view professionally. Recommended.

Betty was a pleasure to work with and I am not even sure how I got in touch with her. She lived over an hour away from me and gave me suggestions and updates that were very helpful. She had even asked if I would be more comfortable with another agent that was closer to my area but there was no need, we got the house we wanted and there were no surprises. I would recommend Betty to anyone and I would seek her out for my own real estate needs in the future.

Thank you for your kind words. I truly loved working for you and your dreams. You brought out the country girl in me.

I abhorred Realtors and had no faith in them from prior experiences. I would usually call one up to see a house (let them know my distaste) and tell them that I won't get with a realtor until I find the right house for me. I was very upfront and honest so that when I didn't return their phone calls, they wouldn't be surprised. I made the same approach with betty and she only smiled and said, "okay." So I picked out a.few houses and we went to view them. Upon entering the first home she said, "nope, I don't think this is for you". Okay, I thought, this isn't normally the response of any realtor I had used. So we proceeded to the next house. I thought it was the one, betty had advised me against it, but I went through with the inspection anyway. Prior to that, she showed me a house that needed a little work, but knew it was exactly what I was looking for. The initial house I thought was the one, wasn't the one....lol. Betty was right! Was she really looking out for me? Yes, I believe she was.
I revisited the house that betty showed me and realized that this house was indeed the one. Wow, without really going into detail of what I was looking for, betty nailed it. Flippin nailed it.
I closed a week later than scheduled, but betty made my transition as smooth as anyone's can be. To this day, she still follows up with me. I don't think she's trying to reinstate my faith in realtors, and she hasn't, but she's surely allowed me to trust her abilities. If and when I sell my house, I have no qualms against using betty again. I wouldn't trust anyone else. By all means, if you can take my word on anything, I recommend betty Poynter for all home purchasing needs!
She's punctual, friendly, and on my side in every dealing with home purchasing. If she is a stellar Realtor, she should set the bar for exemplary customer satisfaction and service.
Kudos to you betty and all the hell I put you through! Thanks again for everything and I'll talk to you soon!

I did not know Betty Poynter when my wife and I started looking for our first home. We had just moved to the area and we only knew we where looking for land with a decent house on it. Betty provided us with many options to look at but called me one and said "Ken I have one you need to look at" and within a week we had visited the property and where locked in to buy the house of our dreams. When I did the walk through with the inspector I asked him if this house was "the diamond in the rough" he looked at me and said it was so much more than that. I found this to be true. The only issues we had during the process of acquiring this house was with the Loan Agency, and every time I was pulling my hair out Betty knew just what to do and helped the process move along while explaining everything to me. Their was even some hick ups after closing that I had no clue how to solve that Betty took the time to help me resolve those issues.
