Sold a home in 2011.
Betty has been our buy/sell agent at least 4 times and is always reliable, a terrific negotiator, friendly and responsive. She thoroughly researches the specific area and is spot on with expectations. I am a CPA and have referred her to my clients who have been exceptionally pleased.
She is one of the few service providers that I know that I can unequivially recommend!

Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $400K in Oak Park, CA.
Betty Thomas is the best professional real estate agent! Her people and negotiating skills are great. Her real estate knowledge the best. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

She knows the area and the market very well. Her advise to make the property "saleable" was invaluable. In addition, she sold our Woodland Hills residence (10 years ago) and, again, was a credit to her profession.
