Sold a home in 2010.
Betty Mitchell was the realtor that actually sold me this property over 15 years ago. When we decided to put the house up for sale and move back to the country, I did not have to worry about finding a realtor. I called Betty. She has been in the business for years, and in my opinion, she's one of the best!

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Anderson, IN.
Betty Mitchell has helped us buy & sell 2 homes in the Anderson area over the last 12 years. Her dedication to finding the home that was going to meet our current and future needs was far beyond our expectations. She was terrific at pointing out the positive and negative things to consider in each home.
She was most helpful during a recent crisis this year when our home caught on fire two weeks before Christmas and we needed a place to live quickly. We needed a home large enough for a family of five, home office and a dog. One phone call to Betty and she was on the hunt. Not only did she find a perfect temporary home, in a great location but she did it in less than 4 days. We were in the hotel only a week and were able to celebrate Christmas as close to normal as possible.
We’ve called Betty several times over the last several years for mortgage advice, mortgage industry referrals, property advice, etc. She is always willing to help and has become a great friend to our family. Any future property decision we make will include Betty Mitchell.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Frankton, IN.
I had Betty both for selling and buying. She was always willing to speak with me whenever it was I wanted to speak with her about status of the sell or if there were some more houses we wanted to look at. She was able to answer all questions I had in detail and can tell you exactly what to look for as possible issues or pitfalls. I even recently had an issue with my escrow (1 year later) and I called her up to figure it out and she was wrote up documentation and helped me get everything together for a smooth fix at the bank. And she did this with no fee. Its just part of how she operates.
