Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Gresham, OR.
Bev hung in there with me through a short sale that fell through at the last moment and then found me the perfect home for me. She listened to what I wanted. She was very quick to respond to my requests. I would highly recommend her to anyone that I know.

Bev has been great to work with. I was a first time seller and the whole process seemed daunting. Working with a true professional like her was very reassuring. I found Bev to be highly motivated to sell my home. She was extremely positive right from the get go. She never doubted that we would get my house sold, and I appreciated that so much.
She was there for me every step of the way. If I had a question , she'd respond in a very timely manner.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Hillsboro, OR.
I was beyond impressed with the availability, responsiveness, and thoughtfullness which Bev expressed towards myself and my husband as we purchased our first home.
She send us information on hundreds of homes, and expressed the utmost patience as we changed our mind over and over. By getting to know us and asking the right questions regarding our priorities, goals and needs, she accomplished exactly what we needed and hoped we would gain by working with a realtor: providing focus.
I can confidently say we now live in our PERFECT dream home, which has everything we wanted and then some, which met our lifestyle, community, newlywed, and family needs for years to come.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Gresham, OR.
Thankful Bev didn't tell us to take a hike after all the houses & time we needed with her...she was always available at the drop of a hat & was VERY knowledgable with the process. She referred us to a lender when we were told we would never qualify and we did & bought our 1st home...we are super happy Bev guided us into the right direction!
Will definitely use her in the future when we go to sell & buy again!

Sold a Multi Family home in 2011 in Wasilla, AK.
Bev had a real feel for the market and the proper price to sell my home at. She was extremely knowledgeable about selling homes and how to get it done quickly. Using her strategy the home sold in 3 days. I recommend her highly if you are motivated to sell a home.

Bev is fantastic! We were buyers, but I have to say if you are selling a home through short sale there is no better agent to help you through the process. Bev is very responsive and will be there with you through the entire process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Centennial, Portland, OR.
Bev Blume understood my needs and my budget and continued to look for a house that would match my requirements. She was always looking and always in contact with me in what she found. She would even go look before to make sure it was worth my time to look. She is very knowledgeable and looks for anything that the buyer would be unhappy with. She was very mindful with school locations and good areas that would be most beneficial for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

GREATEST. REALTOR. EVER! Bev was truly a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgable, friendly and worked incredibly hard to help us get our houses. We have used her for 2 purchases and one sale and would never consider using someone else. We are self proclaimed high maintenance buyers and she never once got frustrated with us, she was patient and spent a ton of time with us, she is a huge advocate for her buyers she will do what it takes to make you happy, I highly recommend Bev!

Bought a home in 2010.
Bev helped us find and buy our first home and she exceeded our expectations for an agent on every level. She was helpful and knowledgeable on everything from searching for homes to inspection and paperwork.
Bev took the time to listen to what we were looking for and find us the home that was right for us. Several of the homes we looked at were foreclosures so we had lots of questions about the homes and the purchasing process. She answered all our questions honestly and went out of her way to help us through the entire purchasing process. Bev even kept in contact long after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly.
