Beverly's reputation and knowledge are exceptional. We have known her for several years and recommended her whenever we have had an opportunity. She currently has our home listed and keeps us advised about interest.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Deltaville, VA.
Beverly was our agent for a house on Sting Ray Point, and she was terrific. She always checked in with us about clients' visits, she provided helpful information and ideas, and, even in a tough real estate market, she made it happen. We have sold our house, and Beverly was right at the center of it. She is honest, very professional, and, as an added bonus, has a good sense of humor. I don't want to have to sell another house, but, if I do, I'm going to Beverly.

Sold a home in 2011.
Beverly was the listing agent when we bought our house and she provided great service. So 5 years later we would not have called anyone but her when we were ready to sell. She listed our house and even in the down market, she was able to find a buyer.
Beverly knows the Northern Neck inside and out, and has a great personality which makes working with her a real pleasure. She is professional and responsive -- plus she knows repairmen, plumbers, and electricians who can fix anything that comes up prior to listing or during the home inspection phase.
We would recommend Beverly to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Northern Neck.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
