      Bought a home in 2012.
      I contacted Beverly a few months ago after reviewing her profile here in Zillow. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home and after identifying a property, we were searching for a buyer's agent to represent our interest. We scheduled a meeting at her office to go over the process and it went well. She was professional and seemed like a nice person to work with. We are purchaing from a builder and asked Beverly to negotiate a slightly lower price for us but that did not materialize as it is normal for builders to have very little to no room for price negotiation. We finally agreed to a price and had scheduled a date to sign the purchase agreement. The entire process left a very bad taste in our mouths because of a few reasons but more inportantly these two. 1. Beverly wasn't very responsive. I would sent emails with questions to her and would have to follow up with calls to get a response. She made promises to provide us with information and would not deliver until I had to follow up with a call. I understand that people can be busy so this was not a huge problem although not what I had expected. 2. The most fustrating thing happened on the day we were scheduled to sign our purchase contracts. We were supposed to meet at the builder's office at 11AM and Beverly DID NOT show up. Not only did she not show up, but she did not call, email, text or give us any heads up. We attempted to reach her via phone calls, text msgs, and emails but got no reponse. Sometime after 10PM that night I recieved a TEXT MSG from her stating she could not make it due to a death in her family.

      We're intelligent and rational people. I certainly wouldn't expect her to make the meeting if she's dealing with a loss but it's common professional courtesy to give us a call or send me an email saying sorry but I wont be able to make it. To this date (its been 3 months), we haven't gotten a call, email or anything else from Beverly to even ask 'How'd it go'. Our last communication was the text she sent that night. She's aware that we've signed the contract and I'm sure she'll sure up after we closed the property next spring to collect her check. I don't ever write reviews but I just had to because we weren't treated with any regartd or respect and we were very disappointed with her services.

      Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in North Brunswick, NJ.
      This was my first house so I was a nervous wreck the whole time. Beverly kept me calm and re-assured me along the way. When it came down to negotiating the price of the property, she was tough and stood her ground. The price she got was $14k below the asking price and it turned out to be only $2k below the assessed value of the property. I couldn't have asked for a better Agent than Beverly.  MoreLess

      Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in East Brunswick, NJ.
      As first-time home-buyers planning to move New Jersey, we contacted Beverly in May 2012 eager and anxious to find a house and close before the summer so our kids could get acclimated to our new community.

      Beverly assured us that we will find a house and she will “close the deal” by our deadline. Based on our discussions, Beverly arranged many home viewings and never showed frustration when we requested to see a few houses more than once. She was patient, considerate and accommodating through the entire process. She knew our target area very well and provided valuable inputs which helped with our decision.

      Beverly negotiated on our behalf and communicated information we needed to know immediately as she liaison on our behalf with the seller. She “closed the deal” and we closed on our home within 30 days. Beverly is amazing as she continued to be a resource to us even after we moved into our home.
