I have been through the many ups and downs that the economy and other factors have come in to play in the real estate market in the 17 years I have been a Realtor. I, like you, am wondering when will things get better. I believe if you have the buying power now, with interests rates low and home values dropping you should not wait for "things to get better". Because when they do, interest rates will go up and you may see an increase in home values. If you are a seller and want to upgrade or have outgrown your home you should make the move now as well. You might not get what you think your home is worth but you will be making it up on the buying side.

I love working with 1st time home buyers, my past clients who are moving up, downsizing or need to move for a specific reason. I also help with relocation to and from MI for sellers or buyers who are moving out of state or would like a vacation home.

It can be an exciting and trying time on both sides of an offer but I will be there to guide you through every step and to assist you with your buying and selling needs.
