I am interested in hearing the best, most cost effective way to purchase and replace a dead oil furnance. I am having my oil comapny come out and give me a quote, but I feel like I need to shop around. If i go to another company to do this, do I have to switch service? Any suggestions in the CT Farifield county area? I looked into this about 2 years ago, but was able to stretch the life of the unit till this morning.
Wood bees have invested the trim of my house. It is bad enough where wood peckers have now come and are pecking holes through the trim to get to the bee larvi. Unreal. Anyone have any suggestions? I wased wasp spray but it hardly worked.
I currently use Westmore which has been great, but I wanted to see about full replacement/instalation. I will check out Standard Oil. You are in CT?, how is the market looking right now? I am probably 1-2 years from selling, but a little concerned with the price drops in Darien. Thoughts?
Looking to see if there is any guidence out there. I have a 10 yr, INterest only at 6.3% and a home equity at a variable rate. I have been in the house for about 3 years and plan to be there an addition 2 -3 years now.
I have a 10 year interest only at 6.3% and a home equity on top of that, I am probably in my home for antoher 2-3 years. Is it smart to try and refinance now to something like a 5/1 arm?
