    Bought a home in 2012.
    My wife and I cold called Bill back in the spring time considering a move to Hot Springs, Bill was very informative and emailed us several listings after finding out what we were looking for. Even though we were just looking he took the time and effort to show us several houses and treat us just like we were actively looking to purchase at that moment. Our house sold quicker than we had planned and a couple months later we were on the phone with Bill needing a house. He found several new listings to show us, as well as, a re-look at a few of the previous homes. Working with Bill was very easy, he communicates well and is quick to get back with you if needed, he truely made the whole process pain free and I will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a house in this area.     Bought a home in 2012.
    About two years ago we wanted to start looking at properties in Hot Springs for a future move to this area. Even though Bill knew we would not be buying for a long period of time, he was willing to take time with us and show us the available places that met our criteria. He patiently cultivated our relationship - totally without pressure - until we were ready to make a purchase. He was very sensitive to our needs and wishes. We greatly appreciated his knowledge of the city's various neighborhoods.     Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Hot Springs, AR.
    Bill Saunders was totally dependable and very fast in his follow up every time that we contacted him throughout the process of listing and then selling the house. He was completely professional, honest and considerate in his interactions with us. We highly recommend him!

    I truly believe that it IS all about YOU, not me... whether you happen to be buying or selling.
    If you have come this far, I am guessing you are shopping not only for a home, but for a real estate agent as well....and you should. Just as a home is about "fit" and "feel", so should be the agent you choose to help and guide you through the process.

    I very much am in support of the budget and guidelines that YOU, the future client want. If you are looking to buy, wonderful! Congrats on making that decision. Looking online is a good START, but you are going to need to get into these homes... homes are much about "feel", and you can't get that online. That's where I can help, by getting you physically inside the space. If you would like a bit more advice on the homebuying process, go to my website and poke around.There is a lot of free advice, plus you can search the Hot Springs Board of Realtors Multilist there (Up to the minute listing info). It will make you register after a couple of searches, but I do not believe in pestering folks. I'll send you an email to see how the search is going, but I do NOT pressure anyone...ever.
