Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Elk Grove, CA.
Bill and his team did an outstanding job, going above and beyond more than once. We had actually moved out of the area and were renting out the home when we decided to sell. He helped to make sure the current tenants were comfortable and fulfilled their lease.
Bill provided excellent advice on the short sale process and tried to make it as simple to understand as possible. He was always honest and responsive. During the process we had our pool company stop showing up unbeknownst to us. To say the pool as green was an understatement. Bill spent a sunny afternoon draining and cleaning the pool. You can't possibly ask for better service than that.
The negotiation was less than smooth for us, but again Bill's team was there to help. Always keeping us informed and pushing on the bank.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Meadowview, Sacramento, CA.
Honestly, I can't thank William enough! Given the current real estate market, I thought I would be unable to sell this property as quickly as I did. I listed the property on March 21 and closed escrow April 25. Being the seller, you can't ask for better results.
William has a calm and easy manner. I never felt rushed. He answered every question I asked. He responded timely to all my telephone calls, text messages, emails and fax's. I always felt a part of the communication circle. I never felt I did not know what was going on, even though I live on the east coast!
