Sold a home in 2012.
Bill is absolutely the very best real estate professional I have ever had contact with. He is honest, honorable, respectful and very personable. Bill has been our agent in both the buying and selling of our home and has always stood by and for us. I have recommended Bill to several of my friends and they have reported a very positive experience with him as well, so much so that they have recommended him to their friends. I would give Bill a "10" in all aspects of his dealing with us and our real estate business. If you are looking to buy or sell a home I would recommend that you go and see Bill Barksdale as your first step in this process.

Sold a home in 2012.
We have had the honor of knowing Bill as a close friend and very efficient real estate agent for 22 years. In most everything he attempts he is able to accomplish the impossible. There is nothing negative to be said about this person.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Willits, CA.
Bill worked in the office where we bought our house, so we knew him for 15 years. When we decided to sell, there was no question who we would go to. Bill is an active part of this community, well loved and respected, and a skilled negotiator. He knows his market and is a professional through and through. He put us in touch with an excellent contractor to spiff the place up. He marketed our house well and we had 3 offers in the first week of a slow market - all at or over asking! While in escrow we were getting discouraged with the contingencies that were being thrown at us and the slowness of the lenders to fund the loan, but Bill played shrink (we started referring to him as Doctor Bill) and got us to look at the outcome rather than the process. In the end, we still came out getting about $5000 over asking and had happy buyers, as well.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Willits, CA.
Bill was terrific to work with. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and honest. He always explains everything thoroughly, and handles problems efficiently. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale, from house-hunting, inspections, to navigating unforeseen complications during escrow. Bill facilitated our closing and attended to each and every detail. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
I would be happy to buy another home from Bill, but I swore I would never move again in this lifetime.
