Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge, Bill sold for South Bay Brokers in the luxury markets of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes Peninsula in the South Bay of Los Angeles County. Not only did Bill excel in selling the retail market in the South Bay, he also successfully worked with local developers on finding, acquiring and selling luxury residential development projects in the beach cities, including "The Strand", one of the most desirable stretches of ocean front real estate in the world. Bill's professional foundation is rooted in ten years of sales and marketing for online publishers and broadcast companies developing on and offline multi media marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies such as Toyota, Honda, Paramount Pictures and Pepsi Food Company in the Los Angeles and Chicago markets.
