    Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Indianapolis, IN.
    Bill represented us in selling our home in Indianapolis when we had to relocate out-of-state for a job transfer. We interviewed a number of local realtors and chose Bill without hesitation because of his professionalism, courtesy and obvious mastery of the internet to market homes. The website he prepared for our home was extremely well done. His suggestions for staging our home were cost-effective and spot on. Finally, Bill is an extremely kind person with a great family and strong ties to the community.

    Although Bill was not the closing agent on our house sale, he was the agent who found our buyer and essentially closed the deal. Unfortunately, the terms of our relocation package contained a time limit so that his contract expired shortly before the sale went through. He was a gentleman about this and still helped us in many ways in handling the house from out-of-state.
