Bill Frattarola

Bill Frattarola is an award winning real estate Associate Broker with 26 years of extensive experience in Putnam and Northern Wetschester Counties, specializing in residential real estate sales. He is a graduate of Penn State University with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. Bill is, and has been, a Top Producing Houlihan Lawrence agent for the past 12 years in a row. He specializes in Mahopac, Carmel, Kent, Putnam Valley, Brewster, Patterson, Somers, Cortlandt Manor and Yorktown.

Bill has spent almost his entire life in Putnam County, moving to Mahopac as a small child. He is a gratuate of Mahopac High School and also a 31 year volunteer life member of the Mahopac Ambulance/Fire Department and is a retired ambulance captain. This makes him not only very familiar with the area but he also has a vested interest and love for the community. As a result, he has a wealth of information for his clients.
