Hi Victoria101, there are 2 easy ways. You can either pay for an apprasial, which is a very detailed and precise analysis or can you have a real estate agent give you a free market analysis. I can help you with both. Please let me know if you would like my assistance. Good luck, Bill
As an agent the only thing I can tell you is that a seller can ask anything they want. Have you seen the home yet? Perhaps it is a very special home but the only way to know that would be to actually see it. Good luck, Bill
As an agent for 26 years I am always trying to improve the quality of service I provide to my clients. As a result, I would love to hear from homeowners on what they feel are the qualities of a good agent. Thanks in advance for your time. Bill
Please understand, I have been an agent for almost 26 years, have a degree in real estate and I have been a top producer for the past 12 years in a row. With all my knowledge and experience, it is still difficult to evaluate homes. Someone on a computer on the other side of the country may not be able to evaluate very well. It's not necessarily best for a homeowner to rely on only one source, especially only an internet site, to determine the value of their home. Good luck, Bill
Well what a good response, and thank you! As an agent for 26 years it's it's important for me to always get feedback from as many people as possible to help me continue to improve as an agent. Thanks again and I will take all the positive advice.

I agree with your specific concern about such a diverse difference in value for the same complex. Good luck, Bill

How do I find the value of my home without putting it on the market on your website?
