Bill Gilsenan is a partner is Gilsenan & Company which was established in 1939 and has consistently been considered to be one of the preeminent real estate companies in Bergen County. Bill is very active in the local communities and has been a leader in the Real Estate Industry serving as a Director and President of the Northwest Bergen Board of Realtors, Current Director and Past President of the REALSOURCE Association of Realtors, Current Treasurer and Past President of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and President of the Board for Excellence in Real Estate which confers the Certified Real Estate Professional designation to qualified Realtors. Bill is also a Director of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and is both a member and co-chair of various committess at NJAR. Bill holds the ABR, e-pro and GRI designations and is a CRB candidate.
