I also constantly monitor various local real estate markets and sub-market via MLS, Inman News and other reseach sites.
I possess a strong property investment background and believe inthe Income Approach to Valuation.
Everyday I'm a constant student of technology and the Internet enabling me to bring to my clients marketing communications expertise in both traditional and modern media which today is so very vital.
