WoW! Well I'm going out on a limb and say you might be looking for a miracle worker and not an agent. Where is the property located and what are the actual prevelent market conditions?Most full time agents I know are determined and aggressive. Have you spelled out your "agent" desires locally? Maybe it isn't the agent who is a poor communicator?If you asking more than the market will bring you may have a long wait.Hope this helps.
