Bought a home in 2009.
Bill is extremely knowledgeable and aware of all of the available properties. We selected an unfinished log home on the Madison River. The transaction was NOT a simple one as it required a hold back that was paid based on completion of milestones. Being an out of state buyer Bill represented our interests extremely well. He was very hands-on throughout the entire process, well beyond when he could have cashed the check and moved on. He is very discrete, and follows up like no one else. We have been looking for 3 years for a home within an hour of Bozeman, working with numerous agents - we happened to call on a home Bill had for sale and from the first time we spoke, he was professional, knowledgeable, on top of the market there, and in the end, helped us to purchase a home that wasn't his listing. Bill took the time to understand our needs and our budget, and he stayed within those parameters, unlike many other agents.
