We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Mid-Cambridge, Cambridge, MA 02138
Set an appointment for a showing, and he was a no show. He confirmed the day prior to the set meeting. Blamed us for HIS misunderstandings, instead of apologizing for the miscommunication. Didn't really have any interest in being kind to his customers... e.g. didn't set up another time. Disrespectful and discourteous.
NOT recommended.

This customer asked to see a unit on a Friday. They emailed me on Wednesday and I told them that while I could not make it Friday, I could do the same time another day (Thursday). They showed up on Friday and were furious with me for not being there. The confirmation that this person mentions was a reiteration that while I COULD NOT make it Friday (the following day) but that I would be happy to meet them that evening (Thursday). I apologized while they were hanging up on me.
I am sorry that this person had a bad experience and I hope they are able to find a place that works for them.

Sold a home in 2012.
Bill is the most knowledgeable and professional broker that I have worked with. He listens and understands needs and often goes outside the box to provide alternatives.
He is extremely approachable and friendly. I definitely recommend that you work with him! Funny too.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $750K in Reading, MA.
Bill helped us sell Condo our in Cambridge as well as find a great house in the suburbs. When we looked at potential homes Bill made sure that we found the right house and did not push us to make offers on places that we were overpriced.
For the Condo sale he helped us plan for the showings and staging the Condo appropriately.
Bill's style is very approachable, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend that you consider using him when you buy or sell your property

Helped me rent a home.
Bill is without a doubt the best realtor I have worked with in all of my years looking at properties. He always seems to be two steps ahead of me and has the ability to think well outside of the box - i.e. when he shows you a place he also tells you what is going on locally - where to eat, shop, etc. - and NO ONE else I have dealt with does that. Great guy too!

Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Bedford, MA.
If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Bill as an agent.
I was very nervous and hesitant about putting my condo on the market last year. I thought it would never sell. When I first met with Bill, he immediately put me at ease. He is incredibly honest, knowledgable, and realistic in his advice and negotiations. We received a good offer after a few short months, but the sale was very tricky and we hit many bumps on the road (which were out of Bill's control) as we tried to close the sale. Whenever I had a question/needed assistance and tried to contact Bill (which happened very often!), he would get back to me immediately and knew exactly what to do. I can honestly say that Bill's strong expertise and his willingness to go above and beyond was the reason why the sale went through. My condo would not have sold without his help. Thanks, Bill!

Found a tenant for a Condo home in South End, Boston, MA.
Bill Patterson helped rent my condo. He did very well, found great tenants that I have had for a while now. His negotiation skill are very good and I believe he got me the best price I could on those rentals.
He's been showing friends of mine homes and seems to be very skilled at home buying/home selling as well.
Mr Patterson has lived in or around Boston all his life and knows the different boroughs & towns ver well.
