    Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Richmond, Philadelphia, PA.
    Being a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and Bill was there every step of the way. He is very knowlegeable of the whole home buying process and was able to answer any questions that I had. Anything that i needed help with, Bill was there every step of the way. It definitely was a huge help having Someone who knows the home-buying process in your corner, especially when it came to explaining the lengthy paper-work aspect.     Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Pitman, NJ.
    Bill was extremely accommodating in May of 2012 when I visited NJ from CA for ten days. He organized appointments in such a way that I was able to see over forty homes during my stay. If he was unavailable, he made arrangements for another agent to meet with me on my very tight schedule. I moved to NJ in August of 2013 and my quest for a home resumed with Bill. In November, it seemed as if the idyllic home had been located. Bill was extremely politic and patient when faced with the difficulties I had in obtaining a satisfactory mortgage and his negotiating skills with the sellers and their realtor were unparalleled.     Sold a home in 2012.
    Bill is quite knowledgeable with the real estate market, especially in Northeast Philadelphia and Fishtown. I found him to be very responsive to my calls. We were selling our house "as is" and there were a lot of back and forth negotiations which he handled well. If I were looking to buy in Northeast Philly, I would hire Bill Strehle as my agent.…More Less

    I am a Licensed PA & NJ Realtor with Century 21 Premier Realty. I was born and raised in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia (19134). I am very familiar with the Philadelphia area. I am especially familiar with Port Richmond, Fishtown, & Bridesburg.

    I live right over the bridge and have been a resident of South Jersey for 13 years. Not only do I have a vast knowlege of the Philadelphia area, I am also very familair with New Jersey as well. I have worked with clients in Philadelphia, Delaware County and various Counties in New Jersey.
