Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Richmond, Philadelphia, PA.
Being a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and Bill was there every step of the way. He is very knowlegeable of the whole home buying process and was able to answer any questions that I had. Anything that i needed help with, Bill was there every step of the way. It definitely was a huge help having Someone who knows the home-buying process in your corner, especially when it came to explaining the lengthy paper-work aspect. He was able to break it down in a way for the average person to understand which was definitely a great advantage for me.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Pitman, NJ.
Bill was extremely accommodating in May of 2012 when I visited NJ from CA for ten days. He organized appointments in such a way that I was able to see over forty homes during my stay. If he was unavailable, he made arrangements for another agent to meet with me on my very tight schedule.
I moved to NJ in August of 2013 and my quest for a home resumed with Bill. In November, it seemed as if the idyllic home had been located.
Bill was extremely politic and patient when faced with the difficulties I had in obtaining a satisfactory mortgage and his negotiating skills with the sellers and their realtor were unparalleled.
I would highly recommend Bill to buyers and sellers alike, as his concern lies with his client(s).

Sold a home in 2012.
Bill is quite knowledgeable with the real estate market, especially in Northeast Philadelphia and Fishtown. I found him to be very responsive to my calls.
We were selling our house "as is" and there were a lot of back and forth negotiations which he handled well.
If I were looking to buy in Northeast Philly, I would hire Bill Strehle as my agent.

Sold a home in 2012.
Bill assisted us with the sale of our home in Port Richmond and the finding of a new home in S. Jersey. The sale of our home was seamless and quick...less than two months which is impressive in the current market. Finding a new home was more of a challenge and we had some bumps in the road. Bill was able to negotiate a later closing with our buyer after our first buying attempt fell apart. He was quick to respond to any inquiries or issue that we may have had and address any and all concerns. After several delays and a hurricane, we are finally in our new home. Bill was excellent, upfront, professional, courteous and patient from beginning to end and when and if the time were to come for another move, I would not hesitate to use him again. Wonderful real estate agent!

Sold a home in 2012.
Bill has been our agent in two sales and one purchase. In 2007 he was our agent for the sale of an estate property in Deptford Twp. NJ. When my wife and I wanted to buy a newer home in 2011, we called Bill to help us locate the right home for us. Thru his knowledge of the market conditions, guidance and advice, we found the right home in the right location at the right price. Our experience with Bill led us to contract with him to sell our existing home, which closed in 2012.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $100K in Paulsboro, NJ.
Bill Strehle is the only realtor who was truly interested in helping me buy a house. I dealt with four realtors before him to no avail. I had been trying for months to see a particular property and the realtors I dealt with kept giving me the run around. I looked up the property on the internet and Bill was the listing agent. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and he called me back within five minutes. I saw the property the next day. He found me my house within the week. He's a good honest guy.
