Jennifer, I am in the same situation as you. I sent in my IDX info, however, I have not heard back yet. Have you had any luck?
I would contact someone with Zillow.
A sober living facility would be a great investment opportunity, due to the costs of rent/rehabilitation. Like Mike said, make sure the facility is in compliance with the city codes.A friend of mine in Miami runs a Sober Living Facility and it is running great! The better it is run, the more of a return you will make, so make sure you higher great doctors/nurses and have the facility in good looks.
Well put Bernard.
If you owe more than your home is worth, look into doing a short sale. Contact a Realtor that specializes in Short Sales if you take this route. Look for a CSSA(Certified Short Sale Agent) or SFR agent.
Have a CMA done. A local Realtor will be glad to do this for you. Zillow estimates are not completely accurate.
Talk to someone who specializes in retirements! You should stay away from timeshares. They are a scam in my opinion.
Great tool. However, I have to agree with Connie. I do not like the zestimates so I send them the other information in a newsletter.
Hopefully you did not sign a buyer contract. If you did, try speaking with the managing broker and explain the situation.
Mostly interested in the single family homes.
