Sold a home in 2012.
We really enjoyed working with Brad. At first we were a bit nervous about the process of buying and selling a home but after we started, Brad made us feel at ease. Brad was always focused on our needs and very knowledgeable about Arlington, Virginia. He was a straight shooter and gave us his opinions on the properties we were looking at. I was very impressed with his recommendations for contractors doing repairs on our home. He set up the appointments and did all the work for us. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $850K in American University Park, Washington, DC.
