Very knowledgable and skilled agent. Brad's knowledge of the MD-DC-VA area and each state's real estate laws is masterful! He also has a great personality and is easy to work with.

Sold a home in 2012.
We really enjoyed working with Brad. At first we were a bit nervous about the process of buying and selling a home but after we started, Brad made us feel at ease. Brad was always focused on our needs and very knowledgeable about Arlington, Virginia. He was a straight shooter and gave us his opinions on the properties we were looking at. I was very impressed with his recommendations for contractors doing repairs on our home. He set up the appointments and did all the work for us. I did not expect buying and selling a home could be so easy. Brad made the process stress free and he sold our home in less than 24 hours!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $850K in American University Park, Washington, DC.
Between 2007 and 2012, Brad has helped us purchase two homes and sell one. We could not have been happier with his level of service and the end results. We have recommended him to all of our friends, several have worked with him and they have been happy in their homes as well.

Brad Griffin was very familiar with the area which helped us price our home just right and sell within our time frame. He was very responsive and a big help to us even with us being unable to attend closing. We would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Sold a Cooperative home in 2011 in Southwest Waterfront, Washington, DC.
When I had to sell my deceased husband's co-op, Brad was recommended to me by my own realtor. Brad provided me the information needed to determine a reasonable selling price. He recommended some upgrades to the unit and personally contacted a contractor who performed the work at a reasonable price. Once the co-op was listed, he had a buyer in a very short period of time. Brad thoroughly explained each step of the process from listing to closing, and maintained frequent contact with me.
He is a consummate professional whom I would not hesitate to call upon again when the time comes to sell my condo.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC.
We are pleased to submit a review of our experience with Brad Griffin. The experience comes from two sales -- our condo residence in Alexandria VA (closed 2011) and my daughter's condo residence in Washington DC (closed in 2012).
Above all Mr. Griffin is a real estate professional in every sense, but importantly he is also a businessman.
Since Zillow users are likely prepared to make a large investment working with a knowledgeable real estate professional helps remove risk from the client's purchasing - or sales - decision making. A professional like Brad provides facts from his previous experience and has the ability to listen to client requirements for keeping the time consuming property identification process efficient. He offers personal opinions only when asked so as not to rush a decision as it is his objective to serve as his client's consultant. Importantly, he is familiar with other factors of importance for reaching a housing decision that may not be obvious or known by the client. He is in short a heads up professional, responsive and good to work with and one with whom a client's confidence is easily earned.
As a retired senior investment and business operations manager, I appreciated Brad as a capable business person. He brought to our two deals a wealth of knowledge regarding pricing, negotiating strategy, and various options for financing the transaction. He is as close to a first tier investment banker in the property real estate market as they come.
I recommend Zillow users consider and retain Brad Griffin for their real estate matters. We would certainly retain him for our future property acquisition/sale needs.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Columbia Heights, Washington, DC.
I would highly recommend Agent Brad Griffin to any first-time home buyers as well as anyone seeking to purchase a home. Agent Brad's knowledge of the Washington DC market made this experience much less daunting, as a first-time home buyer. I wanted to purchase a fixer-upper, and Agent Brad's patience and persistence resulted in finding the best location in the up and coming Columbia Heights location. His knowledge, expertise, patience, and willingness to answer my many questions made this stressful time an enjoyable learning experience. Agent Brad listened and delivered the best home for my needs and I am most thankful for his assistance.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $400K in Ballston-Virginia Square, Arlington, VA.
Brad was very responsive and navigated a tricky short sale with expert precision. From list date to closing was less than 6 months, which for a short sale is near record time. He was easy to get a hold of and always had time for us.
