    Found a tenant for a home.
    I am in the process of doing multiple rentals/sales. I have spoken to Donnie on the phone and via email several times. He is very knowledgeable about the Real Estate Business. I have to to say I was very impressed. He spent a lot of his own time educating me and teaching me things I never new. And he actually listens to what your wants and needs are. You do not get that from Real Estate Agents at all. I am looking forward to working with him very soon.

    After getting into Real Estate in 2001, as a Mortgage Consultant before becoming an Agent, I eventually became the Creator, Executive Producer and Host of the popular REAL ESTATE 101 Radio Show from 2006 until 2008 on NEWS/TALK 630 WPRO. Since then I have provided hundreds of hours of public service and Real Estate advice to tens of thousands of people through my radio broadcasts, my work with various local charities and my information seminars.

    But I didn't reinvent the wheel. I simply latched on to the best ideas and did my utmost to provide sound advice to my clients.
