Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Jeannette, PA.
Blair was very helpful and personable. My price range was much lower than normal, and he took the time and had the patience to show me several homes before I fell in love. He is very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he had no problem researching. Thank you, Blair for all of your help and time!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Greenfield, Pittsburgh, PA.
i'll just provide some actual facts during my purchase process and whoever viewing Blair's review can be the judge.
1. reply to you asap (many time i sent him email at 2am in the morning and i got reply at 2:03am)
2. always point out the flaw of the house at first visit and extremely sharp on finding those flaw. for newbie buyer like me, his knowledge really saved me countless time because i always got attracted by those pretty cosmetic work.
3. Fight extremely hard to get you the best price (i asked him to get me 15% discount, and he come back tell me he got me 20% discount) Please understand the % will differ depends on the house and area, but the face that he get the price that's lower than i requested is very pleasing.
4. Has good connection on mortgage company, home inspection and home insurance.
5. Instead of getting you the most expensive house you can afford, he find what's best for you and that really eased my mortgage pressure.
6. extremely patient, i must have asked him to show me at least 15 houses if not more, and he never showed any impatient, not even once.
7. treat me with respect even i am newbie owner, low-ball offer and picky buyer.

Bought a home in 2012.
After looking at many homes, we came across Blair on Zillow by accident. He was never pushy, but always got back to us quickly and helped us to see as many houses as we needed. He was knowledgeable about all the homes and brought a lot of issues to our attention. Once we found a home, Blair helped us to make a fair offer and fought for every penny for us. He was extremely personable and a wonderful person to talk to through the home buying process. Blair has great contacts and made wonderful recommendations for things like home inspections, insurance, and even a mortgage company. We would recommend Blair as an agent 100% of the time. He exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the process, and made it relatively simple for us. We will definitely use Blair when if we ever plan on selling!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Pittsburgh, PA.
I am very grateful that I got the opportunity to work with Blair. I was a first time home-buyer and he made everything very easy for me. His knowledge of the local areas and of the homes he found and showed to me was very impressive and very much appreciated. He was very easy get a hold of but when I had to leave a message for him I never had to wait more than a day to speak with him (even on weekends). Not only did he find me a great house but he also worked hard to get me a great deal on it. I could not be more pleased and would definitely choose Blair as my agent again.

Blair was fantastic! He was very personable and was therefore able to make such a stressful decision easier. He was always responsive to our questions and calls. He kept us up to date on everything and made the process go very smoothly. We would definitely reccommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new home.

I found Blair on Zillow when looking for a Realtor to purchase my first home. I contacted him first and planned on interviewing a few Realtors before deciding on the one I wanted. But after talking to him a few times, I knew that I didn't need to look elsewhere. He treated me with respect and asked for my opinion but still explained things to me in detail and in a way that I could easily understand. Most importantly, he was in constant contact with me through the negotiating talks, and got me what I felt was a great deal on the home I had chosen. I had a great experience with him and will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.

First time home owner with Blair. Made the process smooth and worked with my work schedule and availability. Made sure I knew what I needed to do, and what it all meant. Ended up with a great house that I am very pleased with the process.

Bought a home in 2013.
Blair was the perfect agent to help us find our first home. He always responded very promptly to all of our questions/concerns. He helped us understand every process during home buying. We ultimately got the house that we wanted for the price we wanted to pay!! After closing, we unfortunately had an issue with the home and he continued to work hard for us to get the problem fixed with no cost to us.. you can't really ask for more!

Blair is a highly experienced professional, was easy to deal with, readily accessible, and highly knowledgeable. Even though we changed our mind, particularly regarding the area we were looking into, he stayed tuned and remained responsive. We finally found a neat place in a decent neighborhood. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Verona, PA.
Blair sold our house in Verona PA and made everything so smooth and easy. His knowledge was very apparent as we began the closing process on our home. He gave us some great advice on showing our home and we defiantly felt like we received the best offer we could have. Our house was listed and closed very quickly and as I mentioned we were happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Blair to anyone looking for a listing agent.
