Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Portland, OR.Summary:
We contacted Blair a few months ago to ask him to show us one of his listings. At the time, we were not working with a buyer agent because we had had so many bad experiences with local realtors. The last three we worked with were all high pressure and dishonest. In other words, they were anting like stereotypical realtors. After meeting Blair, we realized that not all realtors and shady and dishonest. He was nothing but a true professional from the first time I emailed him. We never felt like he was trying to get us to pay more or steer us into something we weren't comfortable with. We quickly decided that we wanted him to be our agent. Once we found a house, he made the process smooth and almost enjoyable.
Best things about Blair Jones: 1. He will ALWAYS get back to you in a very timely fashion. I don't think I ever had to wait more than an hour to get a response form him via email or phone. 2. He's totally up-front and honest about what to expect. 3. He doesn't pressure you or play realtor games.

Bought a home in 2012.Summary:
Blair performed exceptionally well in helping me to obtain this property. My initial call for his services was rather sudden, as the same time Blair and I were introduced, I also asked him to begin negotiating my home purchase with the builder. Normally this would not be much of a problem. But Blair was just getting ready to head out of town for a Valentine's Day vacation getaway. I told him it was fine if he followed up when he returned. But Blair insisted on going the extra mile during his vacation in order to keep the deal negotiations ahead of schedule. This was not expected. It was a true example of where Blair clearly exceeded my expectations. The other area where Blair was able to add considerable value was in the negotiations. We asked for quite a bit in our offer, and Blair helped me to get the most out of the deal. I was quite pleased with the price and options for the home. Lastly Blair's organizational skills helped to keep the process on time, and me informed along the way.…More Less
