Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275k in Portland, OR.Summary:
We had the most wonderful experience with Blair as our realtor. It was amazing. Do to Blair's marketing skills, we received an offer before our house was even listed and before a sign went up in our yard. The first people that saw it eventually bought it. It was always about him caring and meeting our every need. He was ALWAYS accessible by phone, e-mail or text and willing to come to our house anytime we needed him. There were glitches along the way but nothing he couldn't handle with ease and such a positive spirit. And to top it off, he also represented us in the purchase of our new home. We carry his business cards with us in case we talk to anyone needing a GOOD realtor because he's the BEST!!! We would use him again...in a heart beat! Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275k in Tigard, OR.Summary:
We initially listed our house with a different realtor. After a few months of dismal performance we searched for a new realtor. We found Blair Jones. And thank God we did! He is absolutely amazing. The short story - he got our house sold in a very short period of time in a terrible market. There have been at least three homes in our neighborhood that other homeowners have not been able to sell. Blair did a tremendous job in his marketing efforts to get our house the exposure that it needed to end up with a sale.
On top of his great marketing ability he also has been absolutely amazing in his willingness to meet us when we had time to show us houses, to pull comps, etc..etc..
He genuinely has our best interest at heart. He worked for us to get done what we needed to get done and did not seem to be motivated by money as other realtors seem to be. I think he knows that by doing a good job he will be compensated. We were completely happy to know that he was getting paid a commission out of the deal and he earned every penny.
We would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a realtor's assistance whether they are my neighbor or my mother.…More Less
