The true mark of good service is how things are handled when something goes wrong. Based on a recommendation, I asked Blake to list my house. We had a great talk and a few days later I had to change plans and not sell the house based on reasons beyond my control. I called him to tell him and he was not very nice and quite upset. We had never met nor signed any kind of agreement other than our initial discussion over the phone. An associate called the next day with the same news and he just flipped out and started screaming. I heard later that he had possibly listed the house and spent some marketing money prior to getting a listing agreement. Beware. I'm sure he's a sweet boy as long as things go his way.
