Most agents will push you to sell for less to get your home sold quick. We like to list homes at least $10,000 to $15,000 above what we consider top dollar and market the home for two weeks. If it has not sold by then we can lower the price in stages until we get it sold. Every adjustment we make to the internet listing insures your home gets sent out again to all the agents. This way we get your home more exposure.
