We are full time realtors who love to negotiate on your behalf. With my wife's help, we have helped hundreds of families buy or sell homes. We do this through hard work, We do not simply get a listing and wait for it to sell! We use creative internet and traditional marketing approaches which few other realtors use. Most agents will push you to sell for less to get your home sold quick. We like to list homes at least $10,000 to $15,000 above what we consider top dollar and market the home for two weeks. If it has not sold by then we can lower the price in stages until we get it sold. Every adjustment we make to the internet listing insures your home gets sent out again to all the agents. This way we get your home more exposure.
If you are buying a home, we have a passion for finding the right home and get excited about the search. We never want to see you "settle" for a home that is not really what you want.
