I found Bo from this site. I did alot of home research already using Zillow. I already knew what/where to look. I only looked at a few houses before I found the one I wanted to buy. I work nights and could only look early a.m. or late afternoon. I let Bo know this up front. He assured me that would not be a problem. Still, he had very limited availability. If I hadn't found my house so quickly I would have found a different agent. As it was, through the escrow process Bo was slow to respond, not terribly friendly (nearly rude). He gave me the impression he was working more for the seller than for me. He did not get my repairs done, instead he "made a deal" with the seller to give me $150 gift cards instead and "assured me" the other repairs had been done (no proof). I just wanted to be done with it all/him. I was very unhappy with my experience with Bo. I do NOT recommend him.
I sold approximately 30 houses last year, and have only VERY positive reviews. Many home buyers work during the day and are only available evenings and weekends to see homes. As a Realtor, I work countless evenings and weekends to facilitate my clients' schedule. In Sheri's case, we were able to find a great house that she really, really liked after only a short time. During the escrow process, Sheri was not satisfied that the seller did not agree to install new bathroom flooring, and did not like the brand of Carbon Monoxide Detectors that the seller had installed. I obtained a quote for a new bathroom flooring for Sheri, and offered to pay for the replacement out of my own pocket, but she agreed to accept a gift card in lieu of the new floor. I also gave her CO Detectors of her choice. Sheri was very satisfied with the house I found, I was able to get her offer accepted, had the seller complete her requested repairs, and did everything within my power to ensure her satisfaction.
