Sold a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Humboldt, Portland, OR.
Bob tag-teamed with Ellen Bick from the same agency to sell my commercial duplex. It was Bob's idea to pre-negotiate on a big repair. This ultimately set the tone for the negotiation-- the buyers were very conservative about what they asked for during the repair negotiation, on this 100-year old building! I highly recommend Bob.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2011 in Lake Oswego, OR.
We used Bob to buy and sell our house. At first we didn't have a realtor, we had a few people show us different places but no one stood out to us. Then Bob showed us a property and we immediately knew that he was the type of realtor we wanted to work with. He had excellent knowledge of the area and understood what we were looking for with a great personality to match. We felt like we were very important as Bob would discuss with his team our situation and they would go through possible options for us. We eventually found our house and Bob was great with negotiating as well as explaining the whole process to us as my wife and I were very lost with this being our first house. 4 months later my wife got a job offer on the other side of the country, and it was already time to sell the place we just bought. We had one month to sell our house before we had to move, overwhelmed Bob took matters into his own hands and came and took excellent photos and held open houses. Soon enough we had a cash offer with our house only being the market for a little over a month, we cruised through the process of closing and even got money back!! We were terrified of having a short sale because we knew we couldn't afford to pay the mortgage and rent in our new place. Bob came through big time, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell. Anyone I know of that is looking to buy or sell I will be sending them straight to Bob. As soon as my wife and I move back to the Portland area Bob will be the first one we call without a doubt.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Beaverton, OR.
Bob helped us find our new home and to sell our old one. As a Buyer's agent he was highly proactive in taking our requirements and finding a neighborhoods that we would like. He was incredibly great at finding the small details that he knew mattered to us about each property. He was patient and helped shaped what we wanted, even when we didn't have the words to describe it.

Bob was incredibly detail-oriented and accommodating as a seller's agent. He started by getting professional advice on areas that needed fixing. He then helped us prioritize these items within our budget and connected us with contractors who helped us stay on track. Bob then aggressively put the word out about our house and provided daily feedback. To say his communication was awesome would be an understatement. We got what we wanted from our house, which is awesome in today's economy.

I'd work with Bob and Keller Williams again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in St.Johns, Portland, OR.
Bob was excellent, period. I interviewed 6 different agents from various real estate agencies (Remax, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, etc) and Bob was the clear standout. Even at our very first meeting, his level of preparedness and marketing ideas was impressive. At our first meeting, his interview with me, he had several angles and ideas on how to best market my house in this tough house-selling time. Most impressive was that his ideas were not just the "same old" ideas: put your posting on RMLS, put up a sign with pretty fliers, hold one open house. He had several creative and unique ideas that I only heard from him.

Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that he listened to me and my needs for selling my home. I was very close to going into short sale and every other agent I interviewed refused to believe that ANY house in today's market--especially in North Portland, where my house was--could possibly sell at fair market value. Bob was willing to work with me and come up with creative ideas to make sure my house was sold at fair market value, not a short sale, to protect my credit.

At all times during the selling process, I was reassured to know that I had Bob in my corner. We spoke on a regular basis and changed our marketing strategy regularly based on feedback from house showings and my open houses. He didn't just list the house and let it sit. He was very active and responsive throughout the process which was helpful.

I would fully recommend Bob to anyone who needs a real estate agent. Please interview him and you will see right away why he will bring a level of professionalism, experience and creativity to your home selling process. Thanks Bob!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $450K in Grant Park, Portland, OR.
Bob was very responsive to our needs. After the offer process, he showed his true value by finding contractors for agreed upon repairs, and dealing with their schedules to get the work done and the transaction closed on time. He took what could have been an overwhelming process to a first-time buyer and made it very smooth.

Bought a home in 2008.
I couldn't have asked for anything more from a real estate agent. A first-time buyer new to Portland, I thought I knew what I was looking for in a home but was in way over my head. Bob offered me excellent advice when I needed it and really listened to my needs. He patiently drove me around town, looking at house after house without a hint of fatigue.

When I put in an offer on a property and ran into some roadblocks with the sellers over improvements after inspection, I was prepared to cave into the sellers' desires; Bob instead recommended that we step back and take another day to look at a few more properties. I bought the first house we saw the next day.

Bob is a great player to have on your team, a good, trustworthy, patient person with impressive knowledge of the industry.

Not only did Bob broad patiently drive me all over the different neighborhoods, he educated me on Portland, the schools, the Max lines, etc... he negotiated the purchase price of my new home much lower than I had dared to hope! Bob has integrity, he is knowledgable and he is a wonderful person. I highly recommend him. Bob and his highly qualified team, have helped us identify, negotiate and purchase 4 homes in Portland. I wouldn't go anywhere with anyone else. Bob is awesome

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $400K in Mount Tabor, Portland, OR.
When my family moved to Portland from Hawaii three years ago, we had absolutely no knowledge of the area. Bob was so patient and thorough in guiding us to a neighborhood that fit our lifestyle and budget. Once we found the house we loved, Bob's negotiation skills were revealed and we were even happier to have him as our realtor. I would recommend him to anyone in search of a Portland realtor.

I credit Bob with getting me into my home in SE Hawthorne. Thank you Bob. The right professional is key to a smooth relocation from the East Coast to Portlandia. I knew Portland would fit my retirement needs. That special neighborhood, the perfect home and the correct price were key decisions. Bob made it a great journey! I contacted Bob before retirement. We had a few telephone conversations before my Portland visit. I retired, rented a place in Portland and began the adventure. We explored many neighborhoods and visited quite a few houses in May, 2008. Bob guided me to my home . We started negotiations. I returned to NJ in June. Bob managed the many hurdles of the real estate purchase. it happened in September,2008. Thanks again Bob.
