Sold a Single Family home in 2002 in Big Bear Lake, CA.
We had an awesome experience at Gilligan Log Homes. We initially purchased a lot from Brad Gilligan with the intent to build on the lot. After we purchased the land, we found another log cabin that Bob Gilligan had built and was nearly complete. We decided to sell our lot back to Bob Gilligan and purchase the completed log home. They were great to work with and they followed up immediately with any minor problems we had in the home. We loved that place and still cherish our family times up in Big Bear.
