Bob founded Summit Land Consultants in 2001, and grew the company to be one of the top land brokerages in Phoenix, closing over $250 million in real estate transactions.

In light of the recent downturn in the land market, Bob created Summit Home Consultants in 2007. Since that time, he has been involved in closing countless "traditional" and short sale transactions. His main focus is that of a listing agent, helping his clients through this very challenging real estate market that we are faced with today.

In recent months, several media outlets have turned to Bob for his insight on the current real estate market, particularly short sales.

He is a native of Phoenix, specifically North Phoenix and Scottsdale. He graduated from Sunnyslope High School in 1987, and Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Management in 1991.

Bob is a third-generation Real Estate Broker, has witnessed the ups and downs of the market during his lifetime, and has very close relationships with some of the top Real Estate Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, and Title Companies in the Valley.
