Sold a home in 2009.
Bob Lucido and his team provide the new age of real estate service and technology. I could not believe how they went so above and beyond for my family. This team is the future of real estate in Maryland! I researched so many agents and teams and the BLT team spends the money to offer their clients superior advertising and service.

I was promoted to a new job position in MD and before I made the leap into purchasing, I did some research on top agents in the area. The Bob Lucido Team popped up in every search so I contacted Bob Lucido directly. HE answered the phone and within minutes had assigned one of his top "partners" to represent me as a buyers agent. She called me witin % minutes of my call to Bob. Her knowledge of the areas where we looked at homes and the immediate response to my calls and emails are highly commendable. Unfortunately my job took me back to NJ (promotion intact) but when I move to MD in Sept, I know who my agent is going to be.

I came in contact with Bob Lucido due to a listing and he has been nothing but the nastiest man to deal with. He is very short and curt. If you are unhappy with your job you should choose another profession Mr. Lucido. By no means do you have the right to speak to people in the tone and manner that you have shown. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend him to anyone!

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
His claim that he would buy your house if he did not sell it was inaccurate. After many months on the market, he told us that our house could not be entered into his program for him to buy. We were never told in the beginning that I had to meet qualifications and be entered into a program for him to buy it. I don't think that should be part of his advertisement if it has lots of stipulations. I would really like to know how many homes he has actually bought.
