In May of 2011 Bob will celebrate his 25th anniversary as a Realtor in Provincetown. He first obtained his broker's license at the tender age of 18. During college he rented apatments in the Back Bay and South End of Boston and transitioned into sales after graduation. In 1985 he moved to Provincetown, Joined Beachfront Realty and in 1991 became the broker/owner.

In that time he has also dedicated hours in volunteer service to the Town of Provincetown, having served as the Chairman of the Planning Board, Parking Needs Stuidy Committee and Local Comprehensive Planning committee.

Bob's breadth of experience in the local market combined with in-depth knowledge of zoning and myriad other local regulatory controls have led to a specialty in turning around distressed properties. His seller client bas includes many developers, lawyers and even othe Realtors. His recent continuing education included completing the course requirements for the SRS designation. specialty training in representing Sellers.

In 2005, Massachusetts passed landmark reforms in real estate practice and consumer protection. Bob has completed a core curriculum on Buyer agency and a comprehensive training program on Buyer representation. He was recently quoted: "With a Buyer angency contrat I'm able to put all my skills and experience to work for my Buyer-clients like never before.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $700K in Provincetown, MA.

Bob was knowledgeable about the local market, local trades people (we had to do some repairs before the sale) and quirks of town management. He was very easy to work with. He was reasonable with both sides of the deal, which made for smooth negotiations, and our condo sold very quickly.

Bought a home in 2012.

From the start, Bob went out of his way to gain my trust as a prospective buyer even going as far as to schedule units to show me in the high season that he had already told me were not what I was looking for essentially willing to spend his valuable time to entertain my bargain shopper instinct. Bob's customer service increased exponentially as we progressed to the offer phase culminating in him becoming my go-to resource for all things P-town including the market, taxes, utilities, mortgage. His wealth of knowledge is exactly what an out of town buyer is looking to tap into. Bob is hands down the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with and if you are looking for someone to help you with finding your P-Town second home do not look any further.
