Sold a home in 2011.
We were very pleased with the way Bob listed and sold our home from start to finish. He is very conscientious, covers all bases and understands the market better than anyone in the area. He understood our needs and professionally guided us through the entire process and most importantly got the job done. He's a great guy to work with!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $550K in Sammamish, WA.
With only 2 weeks to list our house because of a job transfer we were pressed to find a realator. Bob was highly recommended to us from a previous client and personal friend. From their referral we contracted Bob to list our house. We were glad we did. He used all media avenues to list our house and followed up with buyers remarks in helping us show and successfully sell our house. He had more than one brokers open and consistently hosted open houses. From an open we obtained our buyer. We appreciated his expertise and personal assistance in a troubled housing market. We would recommend using that experience in marketing your home.

Sold a home in 2010.
When we listed our home, we chose Bob Papke for his knowledge of the Eastside and his great record of sales. Bob came to our first meeting with knowledge of the area, consisting of the current sales/pending prices/sales per square foot and a large network of contacts. We moved on Tuesday, had the house ready for pictures on the Thursday of that week and went live on the internet on Saturday morning. The first open house was packed on that Sunday with an offer that night, followed by a broker's open on Tuesday, where we found our buyer. In nine days we had sold our house. Bob has many contacts if you need something repaired in your house before listing and a contact list of other brokers to get your house in front of alot of buyers.
We recommend Bob to anyone wanting to move their price in this declining market for selling homes. Bob Papke is a professional - he knows the market. J & E

Bought a home in 2012.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bob Papke to anyone looking for a home on the eastside. Our experience of moving was very positive and this was in huge part due to Bob. He guided us very effectively throughout the entire process and we NEVER doubted his honesty and integrity.
We have moved a number of times ( internationally, across country and locally) and this was the most stress free move we have had. Thank you Bob.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Sammamish, WA.
Bob Papke proved to be a friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working asset in our efforts to sell our house. Bob helped us with all phases of the selling process; planning, pricing, staging, negotiating and closing. He was always available and responsive. When problems arose, he was there: after we reached a signed agreement, our buyer threatened to back out if we did not change the terms. Bob worked closely with the buyer’s agent to overcome the problem and get us to closing.
We had interviewed five different realtors to find the most capable. It’s clear to us that we made the right choice.

Bob did an excellent job for me, and I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. He was always there for me no matter what it was that I needed through the entire process.
During the time that my house was on the market my father who lives in Oregon had a stroke, and Bob's knowledge and use of technology made it possible for me to be in Oregon with my father and still review and sign documents on my smart phone. That was a god send for me!
Bob is very smart and dedicated and clearly knows the business, but more than that he is just a decent, down to earth, all around good guy.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $600K in Redmond, WA.
Bob did a great job! I was all the way across the country and Bob not only managed to sell the while I was away, but also managed the lawn care and general maintenance. Within a few short weeks of getting the listing we were able to close with a buyer.

Bob's a great guy to work with. He's so knowledgable about the area and the processes. He didn't "nit pic" at us for little things but offered good suggestions. He never insulted us but was realistic about our property. He even worked with a difficult buyer who wanted more service than anyone should want. Fortunately we got another offer and we were able to take it. Process was very smooth.
Even though we moved out of the area, he helped us with situations we were moving to.
We have another home in the area and will call Bob when we're ready to sell or take his advise when the right time to sell comes up..

Bob Papke is a solid professional. On first impression he was head and shoulders above the other realtors I interviewed, which is why I could select him without hesitation. Over time he confirmed my early impressions all the way through the successful sale of the home. Bob was knowledgeable, conscientious, and decisive. He managed a challenging set of circumstances for me; he coordinated the work of others; and he kept me well-informed by phone or email despite the distance between us. I felt as if I mostly just needed to stay out of Bob's way, follow his sound advice, and let him do his job. He did it well, and got an excellent result. I recommend him warmly. In my experience with Bob Papke, I found him not just crisp, competent, and effective, but straightforward, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. He goes the extra mile and gets it done.
