I have served Winston-Salem and the surrounding area for almost 20 years. Forsyth, Stokes, Davidson, Davie & Yadkin Counties are my main areas of expertise. After working so many years in this area I am glad to say that I am working with second and third generations in some families.

Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned professional and have bought and sold several homes, stress of closing on a home is tremendous. I pride myself on having surprise free closings. In Real Estate when you buy or sell a home the only surprise you get in a transaction is always a bad surprise. There is no such thing as a good surprise in a Real Estate closing, thus I don't like surprises. The best closing you can have is an event free closing that goes as planned.
