Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Issaquah, WA.Summary:
We highly recommend Bob Richards! Bob’s experience and awareness of the local market was very impressive from the first meeting with him until closing. His process expertise was unquestionably masterful. He was consistently operating one step ahead, allowing us an opportunity to be prepared in advance for the many adjustments and changes that occur during the process.
Bob has excellent negotiating skills as evidenced by his counsel to us on the varied approaches that the buyers took as we went through the process. Negotiations were simplified for us and were very easy to understand thereby giving us peace of mind in making adjustments to the offers.
Bob was outstanding in getting us immediate responses to our calls or emails on a wide range of subjects. It was obvious he worked on our deal every day of the week and well into the evenings as needed.
