Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Sellersville, PA.

Bob and his team were outstanding. In Dec 14 we bought a new construction home with Bob's help in Bucks County for $500K. From start to finish Bob was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. My wife and I found Bob through Zillow in early Spring 14. If you're reading this review you are probably in a similar situation as we were, knowing a general area we were interested in buying a home but not knowing a particular Realtor to use. Bottom line up front, Bob and his team will not disappoint you and they have our highest recommendation.

We began our search in earnest in Spring 14 and, after getting the particulars of what we were looking for in a home, Bob (and Ron, et al) quickly lined up a number of homes for us to see. While Bob and his team were always able to line up showings in short order, the thing we really appreciated was Bob never pushed a home. He gave an honest assessment of its pros and cons - how it met what we were looking for and how it failed to live up to those expectations. Throughout the Spring, we looked at a number of homes in Bucks County and Montgomery County (putting a lot of miles on Bob's SUV in the process) but could not find the perfect home. Bob was always available on the days/times we requested and could not have been more patient working with us (especially considering we came close to putting offers in on a handful of occasions).

As life tends to do, a bit of a monkey wrench was thrown into our lives in early Summer 14. In the process of transitioning from one job to another, an even better opportunity presented itself. This unfortunately delayed our home search as taking this new opportunity would take some time to coordinate and changed the locations in Bucks and Montgomery County that we would be willing to purchase a home. Bob was very understanding and he and his team placed us on his calendar to update our status in a couple of months.

In late Summer 14, after lining up everything for the new job opportunity, we began our home search again in earnest with Bob. In short order, we found a new construction home that met all of our needs. Time was of the essence as very few tree-lined properties remained in the community. Bob met us at the development the same day (within hours) we decided this might be the right place for us. Bob worked hard for us to squeak out every upgrade or cost savings we could get from the builder (which is not an easy thing to do). He was also very attentive helping us work through the tedious new construction building process and his sharp eye caught a number of issues we had missed during our pre-settlement walk though. At settlement, Bob was extremely helpful walking us through the process and ensuring before any final signatures we had definitive confirmation from the builder that all issues we had noted would be promptly remedied.

Having read lots of these reviews before when trying to find the right Realtor, I was always a little wary of the glowing reviews that painted a picture of perfection going a mile wide but an inch deep. When we first met Bob, besides being extremely polite and cordial, it struck me that he seemed to have 2 (maybe 3) cell phones with a frequent buzz of incoming text messages, phone calls, and emails. At first I thought this was a negative and might not work for us. However, that would have been a bad decision on our part and here's why. Bob is an extremely good multi-tasker and with the volume with which he works he needs to be. He finds ways to be responsive to others in a non-intrusive way without missing a beat during a showing or otherwise. But where it really pays off is in his responsiveness to you when you are not with him in person. We exchanged a large number of emails throughout our home search and Bob always responded within an hour or so. We became convinced Bob doesn't sleep as he even returned emails in the early hours of the morning.

In summary, we couldn't have been more pleased with Bob and his team. He has our highest recommendation for your real estate needs. While we believe we've found the home that we'll spend the next several decades in watching our kids grow, when it comes time to sell and/or buy again, Bob will be the real estate professional we want on our team.

although my relocation did not work out, Bob was very patient with getting us into rentals that we might have needed if we had moved here-absolutely the best experience and could have asked for more market knowledge than Bob. Can very highly recommend him to you.
