I was an out-of-state property owner and Bob, along with his team of associates, did a fantastic job in selling my home in an expeditious and timely manner. The entire sales process took approximately 90 days from start to finish. The thing I liked most about Bob and his team was that they listened to my concerns. I had an existing tenant and it was very important to me that, if possible, the new owner might accommodate his needs. Bob and his team voiced my concerns and, I'm happy to say, the new owner was able to write a rental lease. Truly, a WIN! WIN! situation.<br/><br/>My property needed minor painting and electrical repairs and Bob was able to arrange for a licensed building contractor to take care of these issues for me. He arranged to have pre- and post- city inspections performed and advised me who to call at city hall to cut through the red tape. I really appreciate all the time, patience and diligence that he and his assistant, Ron Gledhill, put in on my behalf.<br/><br/>In summation, I would like to say that Bob's REMAX team worked very hard to make sure that there were no details left undone. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Center Valley, PA.

After deciding to relocate to the Southern Lehigh area, I asked my parents who I should use and they immediately told me Bob Dandi and Ron Gledhill at Remax. They explained that Bob and Ron were the most responsive realtors in the area and would not let me down. In contacting them I found my parents were right. Immediate pick up to my contact into them, fast responses on all my questions, great advice from beginning to end, technical knowledge that I don’t think I could have gotten anywhere else and very friendly attentive service. Ron was great to work with in having shown us some homes and he found exactly what we needed within about a week. Negotiated a great deal for us and put together our inspection, lender and title people. We hit a snag with the inspections when the septic came back as not working properly so Bob and Ron went to work putting together some proposals that they got the seller to pay for to get it corrected. It was complicated enough moving from Lancaster to here and especially with this septic issue. Bob is a really smart guy and worked overtime to make sure that there were no details left undone that would have prevented us from moving and protected our interests. They are a great couple of guys there at Remax in Center Valley and I look forward to recommending them to friends and family as well.  More Less

Bought a home in 2014 in Neffs, North Whitehall Township, PA 18078.

Bob is fantastic-I could not have gotten the home I wanted (in SO many ways) if it weren’t for him! As a medical professional and single mother, I really appreciate all the time, patience and diligence that he and his assistant, Kimberly Rosado, put in on my behalf. Tom Fellenz their lender colleague did a great job for me, too-getting me preapproved from the start of the process and keeping me updated on rates the whole while! I looked for over six months with them and put it two other offers on homes that I got outbid on until I finally found the home I’m comfortably living in now. Bob and Kim’s efforts got my contract accepted on my home but where they shined (and Bob especially) was when we got to the closing and *the seller refused to show up to closing*-my parents drove in an hour and a half to help me move in and I had given my landlord notice that I was moving! Again if it weren’t for Bob’s experience and pitbull demeanor I would not have gotten this house after the seller pulled a stunt like that. Here is what happened: The Seller was an executrix for an estate selling the home to me but after getting into a dispute with the other heirs about the disposition of the proceeds she refused to sell the property to gain leverage in negotiating with them. After repeated efforts by Bob and his recommended closing attorney Paul Hensel to get the seller to closing (the seller’s agent was utterly hopeless) , Bob immediately launched into action. First he graciously offered to have my parents stay at his home so they wouldn’t have to get a hotel room or drive back that night and allowed them to park their trailer packed with things for my move to park at his office. He next had the lawyer being to prepare court filings to pressure the seller into complying with my purchase contract with her. After week’s worth of very aggressive action orchestrated by Bob, the seller hired a Philadelphia lawyer. Bob faced the seller and her lawyer down and about ten days later I finally closed on the home! Nobody else will truly represent you better than Bob. I felt at all time he had my best interests at heart, knew exactly what to do at all times and could handle any situation. Without his aggressive posture and take no prisoners attitude I really feel I would have lost the home I love that he and Kim found for me. Bob is the best!  More Less
