The entire sales process took approximately 90 days from start to finish. The thing I liked most about Bob and his team was that they listened to my concerns. I had an existing tenant and it was very important to me that, if possible, the new owner might accommodate his needs. Bob and his team voiced my concerns and, I'm happy to say, the new owner was able to write a rental lease. Truly, a WIN! WIN! situation.
My property needed minor painting and electrical repairs and Bob was able to arrange for a licensed building contractor to take care of these issues for me. He arranged to have pre- and post- city inspections performed and advised me who to call at city hall to cut through the red tape. I really appreciate all the time, patience and diligence that he and his assistant, Ron Gledhill, put in on my behalf.
In summation, I would like to say that Bob's REMAX team worked very hard to make sure that there were no details left undone. I would recommend them to friends and family.
