    I've been a Realtor in South Orange County, in Southern California, since 1976 - over 35 years! I am well versed in today's distressed property situations, from consulting on possible loan modifications, to getting homes successfully either sold, or purchased, in short sale scenarios. ( Since the early 1990's, when they first appeared.)  I am certified with both CDPE and SFR designations.

    I also have considerable experience in "normal" real estate transactions in every price range from small condos to multi-acre estates, and everything in between. I have sold bare land, custom estates, and multi-unit rental income properties.
