Bought a home in 2013.
Bob was extremely helpful in fields reaching far beyond realty. Bob even showed my husband how to get a free potato. The reason he does his job so well is because he genuinely loves where he lives And the community that surrounds him. He is also a good person who looks out for his clients because he wants what's best for him. He was determined, responsive and very professional. It was a pleasure getting to know him and I recommend using him and his real estate knowledge of the area for both vacation and permanent resident homes. If I could give him 6 stars, I would

“I was a Senior, needing to sell my home that I had been in for 40 years. I had no experience with the process and no knowledge of the market. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Bob and he agreed to represent me. He assisted me with candid advise, tempered with good humor and sincere concern for my situation. Bob truly has the local expertise and knowledge to help both those that are familiar with the Lake Placid area and those that are newbies to this great part of the country. He could not have been more helpful in our search for a second home and was very responsive at every stage of the home buying process. A true professional that I would highly recommend.

We were very impressed with Bob's professional manner in dealing with us as he demonstrated absolutely no pressure. His demeanor is calm and put us at ease in every aspect of listing our home from discussing listing price to arranging a photo shoot with a professional photographer. Our experience with Bob Miller was handled very smoothly, he listened to our concerns and offered his expert advice. We would highly recommend Bob to any home buyer or home seller, like us.

Bob was recommended to us by good friends and he was truly outstanding to work with. His attention to detail and professional manner and knowledge of the area helped us through a very challenging contract and closing. His good relationships with the selling agent and the lawyers involved were important assets. He responded quickly to our calls and emails, and made himself available whenever we needed him which was so helpful as we had to travel 4.5 hours to get up here. Bob went beyond our expectations and added many personal touches and services to the process, including follow-ups and great help in settling in to our new home. He's the best--would recommend him unequivocally.

Bob, is an outstanding real estate professional. We contact Bob off a website to show us vacation homes in Lake Placid. He extended the time and knowledge typically not provided to out of town vacationers who are "just looking". Several weeks later we purchased our home with Bob's help and he extended a tremendous amount of time and help throughout the process and he continues to follow-up to offer assistance after the closing and move-in which is almost unheard of.

Bob is an excellent Realtor to work with. Our transaction was extremely difficult to work with yet he never gave up! I believe that any other Realtor would have pulled the plug long before we reached closing. The amount of extra work he had to put in was certainly a test of his perseverance! He is a consistent communicator and knows the area, other Realtors, lenders and insurance agents very well. Without his knowledge and communication skills we would not have the wonderful house we call home!

My wife and I made contact with Bob Miller and informed him that we were interested in selling our house. He made arrangements and an appointment with us and spent several hours talking to us about the local market, how the process worked, what his part in the process was . He informed us that prior to listing our home he wanted to review some comparable properties and then establish a selling price that we were comfortable with and that would enable us to sell our home.
Bob again called and made an appointment with us and spent several more hours taking pictures of our home and property. He sat with us and asked us to describe what was unique about our home. He took notes and developed the write-up based upon our input and approval of every detail.
Our home was listed on a Monday and by the following Friday, Bob called us and informed us that there was an offer on our home. By Sunday we had made the deal with the buyer.
Our experience with Bob Miller has been very positive, ethical and satisfying. We have found him to be a very sincere and devoted and his attention to detail has been above reproach. He has continued to keep us informed about what was happening and where we were in the selling process.
Bob is a very dedicated individual who works hard for his clients. If it is your wish to buy a home or sell your home, we would recommend him very highly. He is a very knowledgasble, responsive, skilled retail agent.
