Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Columbia, MD.
I spoke to Caitlin about a listing I saw and she had Sophia send me the link. I met Sophia to look at the condo on a Tuesday and we put in an offer on Thursday (after showing me other properties in the area).
Sophia was very knowledgable and when she didn't know the answer to a question right away, she always got back to me in a timely fashion.
During closing she was on the phone helping to iron out last minute details.
Sophia and Caitlin are professional, responsible, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Bought a home in 2009.
We are so very happy and thankful for The Bob & Ronna Team for not only getting us into our new home in RECORD TIME, but also for the manner in which you do business. You have such a unique, personal, caring approach that I count it as a blessing. We love our new home!

Sold a home in 2010.
We appreciate what Bob & Ronna did to sell our home! Everything was exceptional from the contractors they recommended to getting our home ready for the market, to the staging, photography, and marketing that was done. Even in these challenging times they were able to sell our home in only 5 days! We will always remember all their good work. I'm sure that in a few years we will be calling on them again to sell our second home. We definitely will recommend Bob and Ronna to our friends and family.
